The Smart Techie Job Fair

I was representing A irvana networks. Not a good turn out of techies.
Probably most companies are working on this Saturday or because of the cricket match.
Entire day ended up replying to the candidates saying
“We are looking for 3+ years experience with telecom background”
It’s an extremely tough job to find the right talent which fits our requirements.
At times it’s nice talking to people, it really peps up your heart and it’s good to do some talking and listening to people from different arrays of life.
Almost every applicant has a story to tell.
There were recruiters from Applied materials, Goldman Sachs, Symbol.
But it’s Thumbs down and not a fair job done at the end of the day.
