    Work Shoes for Men

We are supposed to wear these sandals at work here. This is what happened.  You have to leave your personal footwear in a box and pick these ones at the office entrance. I did so, this morning.

When I came back during lunch hour, I found this note on the box. I open the box inside, my shoes missing !!

Note said “This is my personal-office-footwear and had kept it in that box. You have picked my work wear today and hence I have taken your sports shoes.. ..call me at this extn”

Hahha.  My colleague dialled and that senior executive came running with my shoes in his left hand.

    Ethernet USB adapter

Your laptop/pc has only one ethernet interface.  But when you want to connect to two different networks, one port is not enough. You need two. So how do you extend ?Buy an ethernet USB adapter. Cool eh ?

    Ethernet USB adapter

Picked this one at Akhihabara electronics market of Tokyo.  For 19$.

    Live from Tokyo

I have a 3G CDMA phone here. It’s easy to click the pics and upload it right away. Reduces this enormous pain of clicking from regular camera, copying it to PC, resizing and uploading. So you can follow my pics, as it happens over here.

The food looks great and you look all spiffy – ready to clean-bowl your clients.

    Off to Tokyo

japanI hate this. But helpless. I have not been posting anything besides complaining about being overworked.  Even when I had something to share, I consciously stayed away.  When you are not in that ‘zone of mind’, that’s the best thing to do.

Some update here before another period of lull. Am off to Tokyo tonight for few days.   Of course, on business.  If you have been there before, suggest actitivies and places.

      Hi Arvind!

Wish you a wonderful experience on your ’round the world tour’.

If you’ve got nothing to blog about, simply post a picture of a local market or street and words will automatically flow. Speaking of which, visiting the 100-yen shops is a must. Lots of goodies at bargain prices.

Let’s see how many strange coincidences you run into this time:) as was with your Koren Trip.

      Till then,
Ah-so! and may the power of Sushi be with you:)

Cool… Yenjoy your stay in Tokyo.
Other than the usual touristy places like Imperial Palace, Tokyo Disney and of course Akihabara, there are some not so known places you can go.

      1. Harajuku Station-Jingu bridge-sunday evening!
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harajuku

      2. The thrilling but short (blink-and-it’s-over!) roller coaster in Korakoen. Btw it’s short in time-wise, not height wise!!

      3. Yoyogi-Koen, again in sunday after-noon. Lots of street artists and music bands. And some amazing tap-dancing if you’re lucky… :)

      4. Hakkei-jima Sea-life Park. It’s actually in Yokohama, but manageable (3 hr journey)

      5. Last but not the least, night-life in Roppongi!!

      :)

Sorry, Hakkei-jima will be less than 2 hour i guess.
